Mantech follows safety guidelines provided by the Mechanical Contractors Association of America, especially when serving as a General Contractor. When serving as a Prime Subcontractor, we employ a flexible approach in order to meet the standards set forth by the General Contractor, in cooperation with the project owner. All of our projects are guided by site-specific safety plans that are vetted by the Mantech team and managed by our senior personnel.
